Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of slothmopolitan.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Slothmopolitan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

2. Products and orders

Our products are printed to order. We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible, but screens vary and printed products may differ slightly from images. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except for misprinted, damaged or faulty items, as described in the Refund Policy.

5. 10% for respite care

We pledge 10% of every sale to support respite care for carers. Making a Sloth Pass or a pledge on the Site does not itself trigger a donation.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, text, logos and images, belongs to Slothmopolitan or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Your content

If you send us photos, comments or other content (for example, by tagging us on social media), you give us permission to share it in connection with Slothmopolitan, with credit where possible. You confirm you have the right to share it.

8. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services such as Shopify and Printful and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
